Milestone One Site Coordinator Job Description

Milestone One is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Coordinator to support our clinical trials team. As a Site Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our trials, working closely with our Sponsor and CRO partners to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between the Sponsor/CRO and the site, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Feasibility and Scheduling: Assist in scheduling and preparation for monitoring visits, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Enrollment and Data Management: Track patient enrollment, support the site and CRO/Sponsor team in meeting project timelines and enrollment goals, and maintain accurate and timely data entry into EDC systems.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure proper handling, accountability, and reconciliation of investigational products and clinical supplies, and collect, handle, and maintain all site-specific regulatory documents.
  • Financial Management: Facilitate and support contract and budget negotiations at the site level, and support Investigator and Site payments and processes as needed.
  • Study Procedures and Audits: Schedule and/or perform study procedures as per study requirements and delegation of responsibilities, and prepare for and participate in onsite study audits or regulatory agency inspections.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or university degree in Life Science, preferably in pharmacy, nursing, or lab analytics.
  • Experience: Prior experience in coordinating clinical trials on site.
  • Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with short timelines and multiple tasks to be completed simultaneously, and effective communication and problem-solving skills.
