Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analysis Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial analysis, guidance, and support to Sales Leaders and/or Product General Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Project P&Ls, assessment of project financials, and support to the Project Team
  • Strategy Plan revenue build-up process coordination and support in Strat Plan P&L build-up
  • PM Finance Analytics/Reporting (Projects expenses reporting, hours, projects analysis, sensitivity analysis, etc.)
  • Preparing of Product Line P&Ls, analysis, and finding improvement opportunities
  • ASG transfers posting and analysis
  • Preparing complex ad-hoc analyses
  • Pricing Impact calculation and analysis

Background and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics
  • Background of working at finance/business analysis positions in multinational companies for no less than 3 years
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Able to work in cross-functional teams
  • Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance teams
  • Self-motivation with critical attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong, professional, and effective oral and written communication skills in English

Salary Estimate:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
