Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Servicenow Developer to join our team at StoneX Financial LTD Sp. Z O.o. Oddział W Polsce.
As a key player in our IT team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and customizing ServiceNow applications and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and developing ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.
- Overseeing the development process throughout its lifecycle: design, build, test, and migrate to production.
- Assisting with ServiceNow platform administration activities – incident and request management.
- Assisting with ServiceNow platform upgrades and patches.
- Working with the Architect and Product Owner to design and develop customizations for ITSM and ITOM applications.
- Maintaining and enhancing existing ServiceNow configuration by fixing bugs and identifying and addressing platform inefficiencies.
- Contributing to creating technical documentation of the platform.
- Providing necessary assistance to Architect, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders where necessary: answer all technical questions, estimate the feasibility of requested development and release efforts.
Requirements include:
- Knowledge of ServiceNow products: ITSM Pro, Service Portal, ITOM, Discovery, CSM.
- Experience building various integrations with ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of building Web Services integrations such as SOAP and REST, APIs.
- Previous experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow platform, including configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Access Control Lists, workflows, Flow designer, Service Catalog, Integration hub, Virtual Agent.
- Ability to design solutions using Java Script, CSS, and HTML.
