Our Digital & Technology Team (D&T) is an integral division of the Heineken Global Shared Services Center, responsible for driving this transformation.

As a Procurement Platform IT Technical Consultant, you will work in one of the most dynamic and innovative teams, collaborating with Product Owners and customers to deliver functional Procurement solutions. You will participate in the technical development of the product, working closely with Product teams, partners, and OpCo's to design, build, and oversee initiatives in the procurement area.

This role requires a deep understanding of various technologies and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and integrating complex IT systems within the procurement domain, ensuring seamless connectivity and maintaining robust security protocols.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Planning, coordinating, and implementing system upgrades to enhance performance and security within the procurement tech stream.
  • Developing and executing automated testing scripts and managing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to ensure the reliability and efficiency of procurement IT systems.
  • Coordinating and managing the orchestration of various IT processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the procurement tech stream.
  • Managing and executing global data refresh processes to ensure data consistency and accuracy across all procurement systems.
  • Configuring and maintaining firewall settings, managing digital certificates, and ensuring secure middleware connectivity for procurement applications.
  • Designing and implementing integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow between various procurement systems and applications.
  • Triage on IT issues related to procurement systems to prioritize and address them effectively.
