Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve our operations and enhance our customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align with the Future: Stay ahead of industry trends and adapt our strategies to meet evolving business needs.
  • Communicate and Share Knowledge: Effectively manage internal communications and knowledge sharing to ensure efficient collaboration and decision-making.
  • Monitor Success: Track key performance indicators and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Analytical Expertise: Experience in reporting, analytics, and data visualization.
  • Business Acumen: 2-3 years of experience in a business-related position, preferably with a background in Business Intelligence or Digital.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau or Power BI, and Project Management Certification is a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Data Interpretation: Experience in understanding and interpreting data.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Collaboration Tools: Experience with Confluence (Atlassian) is a plus.
  • Industry Insight: Understanding of tobacco or other production processes is an additional asset.
  • Future-Ready: Experience or understanding of Industry 4.0 and AI.
