Job Overview

As a Business Process Manager at Pernod Ricard, you will play a crucial role in driving business excellence by leading strategic projects and optimizing processes. Your primary objective will be to ensure alignment with organizational goals, enhance efficiency, and improve quality through expert project management and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various technical personnel during all project phases.
  • Understand and analyze business processes within the company, focusing on efficiency, transparency, and compliance with relevant legal and tax regulations.
  • Identify potential areas for improvement and propose alternative solutions.
  • Define process KPIs, methods of measuring and monitoring them.
  • Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Create actionable deliverables for the change management levers, including a communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure transparency and understanding of project status and changes.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience in ERP and systems implementation.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven experience as a Project Lead/Coordinator with a focus on Change Management.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies and change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or/and Agile certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in English and Polish.
