At JTI, we are looking for a skilled IT Process Analyst Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for providing application support for SAP PPM and SAP PS, as well as analyzing and resolving complex incidents and change/service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

  • Provide application support for SAP PPM and SAP PS, including investigating and resolving complex incidents and change/service requests.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the effective performance of business solutions for the GSC area in SAP PPM and SAP PS.

Minor/Standard Enhancements/Projects:

  • Assist senior team members in analyzing the feasibility of new enhancements and their impact on the Global versus Local (GRM) area.
  • Coordinate and conduct application testing in close cooperation with quality assurance and technical teams.

Knowledge Management:

  • Keep end-users up-to-date and knowledgeable of systems and business processes/best practices.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and best practices to end-users through support/change request resolution.

Process Documentation:

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in your scope of responsibility, including Business Process Maps (BPMLs), Process Flows, Enterprise Structure, and BTS Operational Procedures.

Performance Management:

  • Monitor the performance and effectiveness of specific business processes in close cooperation with the technical team.
  • Assess master data and reporting requirements for key users in your business area.

Requirements:

  • Sound SAP PPM module knowledge - Portfolio Management (buckets, items, integration, configuration).
  • SAP PS: Project system basic configuration (profiles, structure, UI, validations).
  • SAP BW: basic experience with BW reporting, and functional specification creation in this area is a plus.
  • Experience in Business Analysis role.
  • Basic Financial Knowledge - financial planning and asset accounting.
  • Project management (Waterfall/Agile) skills are a plus.
