About Us:

TN Poland is a leading company in the medical sector, committed to delivering high-quality services to our clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Multilingual Customer Support Professional.

As a Customer Service International Liaison, you will be responsible for addressing incoming calls to our customer service phoneline, documenting all calls according to customer service policy and procedures, and providing inside sales support to field sales staff and members of the commercial teams when needed.

You will also oversee order fulfillment for all orders originating in EMEA.

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (min. C1 level)
  • Fluency in French or Italian (min. C1 level)
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Suite
