We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team in Contract Management.
As a key member of our Global Procurement department, you will play a vital role in supporting Third-Party Risk Management processes, including contract drafting and negotiations.
You will work closely with our procurement and business partners to develop solutions and ensure strategies are reflected in contracts.
Key Responsibilities:- Support local and global procurement and business partners in contract negotiations and contract preparation.
- Advise business partners and influence them regarding legal or compliance issues while identifying specific risks.
- Draft contractual terms based on strategy discussions, business partner input, and organizational needs and expectations.
- Independently handle contractual clauses and legal issues, contributing to contract design and development until finalization.
- Ensure service delivery and contribute to optimizing the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the service level as part of a continuous improvement process.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A successfully completed study with a legal and/or technical focus or an equivalent university degree.
- Legal expertise in contract drafting and the ability to draft complex contractual contracts and terms independently.
- Previous experience in contract management and SITE SERVICES FACILITIES projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated professional competence in complex contract negotiation and structuring, as well as risk management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to communicate effectively with internal and external partners at all hierarchy levels.
