Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement local go-to-market plans and strategies to maximize in-store performance.
- Collaborate with sales teams, the Trade Marketing Manager DACH+Poland, and the EU trade marketing team to set up and follow up on local initiatives.
- Work closely with internal sales partners to drive short-term and long-term reach, impact, and sales at online and offline partners.
- Support account plans for top accounts to promote our portfolio and upcoming product launches together with the Sales Manager PL.
- Manage local events for B2B and B2C to present our novelties.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communication, or related field.
- Multiple years of relevant experience in a similar role and experience in an international matrix organization.
- Experience working with retailers and consumer goods is a plus.
- A commercial mindset with a deep understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
- Good project management skills and ability to work in a continuously changing environment.
- Proven interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish.
