About the Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our oncology portfolio in the allocated territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing detailed account plans, highlighting unmet needs of various stakeholders, and delivering on all commercial goals for the market.

  • Develop and execute promotional materials with healthcare professionals (HCPs)
  • Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrate experience of successful product launches in your market
  • Travel across the country as needed and possess a valid driver's license
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the oncology portfolio in the allocated territory
  • Developing and maintaining long-term collaborative relationships with KOLs and relevant stakeholders
  • Delivering on all commercial goals for the market, including successful product strategy, product launch, and sales targets
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Pharma as Salesperson, Medical Representative, or similar role
  • Prior experience in oncology
  • Able to demonstrate experience of successful product launches in your market
  • Fully bilingual, with local language skills for your market and business level English (written and spoken)
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
