Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, Google AdWords, social media, email, demand generation, and content marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Provide insights and recommendations based on findings.
  • Develop and curate engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Provide actionable insights/proposals to improve future campaigns.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and promotional events. Coordinate logistics and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and messaging.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, including internships or co-op placements.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google AdWords, Google Analytics, CRM systems like Salesforce, social media platforms).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo) is an advantage.
  • Google AdWords certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website updates is desirable.
