Position Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our Global Marketing team in Poland. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and provide insights and recommendations based on findings.
  • Develop and curate engaging content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, such as webinars, trade shows, and promotional events, and coordinate logistics and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and messaging.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing marketing calendars, coordinating meetings, and maintaining marketing databases.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field, including internships or co-op placements.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, CRM systems like Salesforce, social media platforms, and graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Eloqua, HubSpot, or Marketo, is an advantage.
  • Google AdWords certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website updates is desirable.
