About the Role

The Chief People Officer (CPO) will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's people strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of engagement, performance, and continuous improvement.

This person will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

As a member of the Executive Committee, the CPO will oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, employer branding, internal communications, learning & development, compensation & benefits, payroll, and personnel administration.
