AirHelp is seeking a skilled Data Modelling Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data transformation and data modeling using dbt framework.
You will work closely with the Data Engineering team to design, build, and maintain the AirHelp Data Platform, utilizing modern data stack technologies like Fivetran, Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Airbyte, and others.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining scalable data models in SQL to support analytics and reporting.
- Developing and optimizing data transformations to ensure efficient and reliable data pipelines.
- Optimizing data warehouse performance by tuning queries, indexing, and storage strategies.
- Ensuring data quality and validation through automated testing, monitoring, and anomaly detection.
To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of data warehousing principles, concepts, and best practices, as well as hands-on experience with data visualization platforms such as Periscope, Looker, Tableau, or others.
In addition to your technical skills, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, working proficiency in verbal and written English, and a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or an equivalent.
