About the Role:
  • This role involves supervising the turnover of controlled products in the pharmaceutical wholesaler, ensuring compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  • You will be responsible for accepting deliveries and distribution of products containing controlled substances, maintaining accurate records, and fulfilling reporting obligations.
  • This position also requires developing procedures and instructions related to controlled products and participating in suspension and withdrawal processes.
  • As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will maintain and improve the Quality Management System and Documentation at designated areas within Perrigo Poland & Baltics under the supervision of the QA Manager/QA Head.
  • You will create, review, and keep up-to-date controlled documents, including SOPs, and support Wholesale Manager during Good Distribution Practices implementation.
  • This role also involves verification of transport conditions performed by transport providers, participation in product recall and deviation reports, and managing quality complaints processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements
  • Accept deliveries and distribute products containing controlled substances
  • Maintain accurate records and fulfill reporting obligations
  • Develop procedures and instructions related to controlled products
  • Participate in suspension and withdrawal processes
  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System and Documentation
  • Create, review, and update controlled documents
  • Support Wholesale Manager during Good Distribution Practices implementation
  • Verify transport conditions performed by transport providers
  • Manage quality complaints processing

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
  • Valid pharmaceutical license
  • At least 2 years of work experience at pharmaceutical wholesale or pharmacy
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical thinking
