We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our Research Intelligence Solutions team in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, and Serbia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and revenue within their portfolio of accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a consultative approach towards sales and a proven track record of driving revenue. They will be able to collaborate with internal teams to deliver on common goals and leverage market insights to achieve revenue targets.

This role emphasizes expanding solution lines, maintaining the current base, and aligning strategies with broader go-to-market plans. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal partners to drive customer satisfaction and represent product portfolios through speaking engagements, industry events, and trade shows.

Responsibilities include growing pipeline through active account management, executing a strategic account plan with clients, managing complete sales cycles from opportunity identification through close, creating targeted proposals with appropriate positioning and pricing, developing and tracking pipeline within assigned accounts, working with clients and internal partners through issue resolution, and representing product portfolios.

Requirements include technical aptitude with computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM applications, excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work in a team selling environment, functional knowledge of negotiation process, solid understanding of solution selling value proposition, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and proven experience generating new business sales.
