Overview:

The Senior Manager, External Communications EMEA will lead the development and implementation of external communications strategies that elevate the company's profile, build brand awareness, and drive business growth.

This role will oversee the creation and dissemination of engaging content across various channels, including social media, email, and traditional media outlets, to connect with stakeholders and drive results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • External Communications Strategy:

    Developing and executing comprehensive external communications plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.

  • Content Creation:

    Producing high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences, including thought leadership pieces, press releases, executive quotes, speeches, videos, announcements, presentations, and more.

  • Media Relations:

    Maintaining positive relationships with media representatives and securing coverage in top-tier publications and online platforms.

  • Agency Management:

    Collaborating with external partners, such as PR agencies, designers, and videographers, to ensure seamless execution of communications projects.

  • Talent Development:

    Mentoring and coaching junior team members to develop their skills and expertise in communications.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:

    A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in external communications.

  • Languages:

    Fluency in English, both spoken and written, with proficiency in other languages being a plus.

  • Skills:

    Excellent writing, speaking, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
