Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement
  • Lead HR projects and initiatives to support business objectives and priorities
  • Build strong relationships with internal clients to identify business needs and provide relevant solutions
  • Contribute to business analysis to support growth and recognize business trends
  • Proactively engage with the business on HR topics affecting employee engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with the Employee Relations team to identify potential issues during the exit process
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure smooth running of cyclical HR processes
  • Act as a performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in people management
  • Lead HR-related internal and external communication
  • Ensure HR processes and actions comply with legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Partner with local and global HR functions to drive business outcomes
  • Be a partner in change management processes affecting people
  • Leverage data analytics to make people-related decisions based on facts and data

Qualification and Skills

  • University degree in sociology, psychology, HR management, or relevant field
  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Human Resources functions and processes
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Effective leadership, communication, organizational, and change management skills
  • Business acumen and organization awareness
  • Impact and influencing skills
  • Flexibility, openness to change, and new challenges
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent English
