About the Role

Koch Global Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll and HR Expert to join our dynamic team in Katowice. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for coordinating payroll processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing expert advice on payroll and tax matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate payroll processes for multiple KOCH companies in Poland, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws.
  • Advise on payroll and tax compliance issues, providing expert guidance to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analyses, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Support the accounting department from a payroll perspective, ensuring seamless integration of payroll processes.
  • Act as a contact person for employees and supervisors, providing support and guidance on compensation inquiries and system issues.
  • Participate in global and local projects around payroll, driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in payroll and HR, with a strong understanding of Polish labor law and social insurance regulations.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and provide insights.
  • Strong analytical aptitude, with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Good communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
