As a Process Officer, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to agreements and documents verification, contract registration, and customer inquiries.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Process Officer in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Discovering your potential by handling variety of tasks at the required level of quality and within timeframe by following guidelines/work procedures.
  • Exploring the banking world and its products: leasing, factoring, collection and reconciliation tasks.
  • Independently responsible for process work connected to agreements and other documents verification, contract registration and activation, handling customer and partner inquiries, payment transfer, transaction registration.
  • Helping continuously improve process routines with new ideas and inputs.
  • Actively gain process knowledge to provide required service level.
  • Collaborating across borders with colleagues in Scandinavian and Baltic countries.
  • Creating, developing and updating process documentation.
Your Profile and Background

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Communicative in English.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
  • You are a good team player.
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Self-driven and have a proactive mind-set, as well as change-driver competences.
  • Graduated from university or higher education in progress.

Please note that banking experience is not a must but would be an asset. If you are motivated and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply for this position.
