Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist to join our dynamic team at Takeda Business Solutions. As a key member of our People Solutions function, you will play a vital role in delivering simplified, innovative solutions for our global business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process assigned payrolls within the EMEA region, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of payroll input.
  • Administer time and attendance, including employee lifecycle events, benefits, and equity transactions.
  • Collaborate with external providers and global teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving payroll-related queries and concerns.
  • Maintain process documentation and performance metrics, driving process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, with a proven track record of applying payroll principles and industry standards.
  • Business fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluency in any additional European language is an advantage.
