We are seeking an experienced Risk and Reinsurance Solutions Director to join our team. As a key member of our Underwriting Competency, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive the adoption and profitability of our underwriting solutions offering.

About the Role
  • Owning Market Success: Develop, execute, and monitor strategic initiatives to ensure the adoption and profitability of our underwriting solutions offering.
  • Defining Core Positioning and Messaging: Shape how we communicate the value of our underwriting offerings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Establishing and Managing Partnerships: Collaborate with external third parties and evaluate potential alliances or licensing opportunities to enhance our underwriting portfolio.
About the Requirements
  • Proven Track Record in Underwriting or Underwriting-Related Solution Sales: Hands-on experience in introducing or selling underwriting platforms or services to large organizations.
  • At Least 3 Years in Business Development or Sales Roles in IT/Insurance: Experience driving sales results, ideally within the insurance industry or related sectors.
