Customer Service Representative with Hungarian Expertise

We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative with Hungarian expertise to join our team at Randstad Polska.

About the Role:

  • Use digital tools and databases to contact potential customers and present specific products or services with a sales goal.
  • Support potential customers in onboarding activities related to setting up accounts.
  • Respond to customer issues within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) by connecting with relevant teams to reach a resolution.
  • Manage documents to obtain credit vetting of the customer.
  • Provide effective day-to-day support to existing Shell Fleet App customers.
  • Active management of the CRM system, tagging opportunities, inserting commercial changes, and updating customer details.

Requirements:

  • Language requirements: English + Hungarian minimum C1 level or native.
  • Customer-first approach.
  • Ability to use digital tools to identify and connect with potential customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Quick learner mindset to quickly understand the Company's offer, including Road Services, key benefits, features, and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to persuade prospects to convert.
  • Ability to analyze data and good Excel skills.
  • Sales/business acumen and entrepreneur mindset.
  • Diligent with a positive attitude.
  • Professional business stakeholder management.
