Customer Service Representative with Technical Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative with Technical Expertise to join our team at HCL Poland.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is approximately $40,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package including life insurance, private healthcare, and a Multi Sport Card.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative with Technical Expertise, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Portuguese-speaking customers via helpdesk queries, equipment configuration, backup maintenance, and software installation/de-installation.
You will aim to provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching solutions, and guiding them through corrective steps.
Your daily activities will include:
- Providing hardware/software/network problem diagnosis and resolution via telephone for customers' end-users
- Routing problems to internal support groups
- Coordinating and managing relationships with vendors and working closely with support staff to obtain technical knowledge
- Administering user access in various systems
- Using the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems, work requests, and their respective resolutions and circumventions
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and conversation skills (both verbal and written)
- Great customer handling skills and resourcefulness
- Able to acquire new information quickly and the willingness to do so at all times
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment
- Good understanding of the IT environment and readiness to learn new processes and technologies
- Working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Internet browsers, antivirus, and firewall software
- ITIL knowledge is an asset
You must have a strong command of:
- Portuguese - at least B2 level
- English - at least B2 level
