Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative with Technical Expertise, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our Portuguese-speaking customers via helpdesk queries, equipment configuration, backup maintenance, and software installation/de-installation.

You will aim to provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching solutions, and guiding them through corrective steps.

Your daily activities will include:

  • Providing hardware/software/network problem diagnosis and resolution via telephone for customers' end-users
  • Routing problems to internal support groups
  • Coordinating and managing relationships with vendors and working closely with support staff to obtain technical knowledge
  • Administering user access in various systems
  • Using the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems, work requests, and their respective resolutions and circumventions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and conversation skills (both verbal and written)
  • Great customer handling skills and resourcefulness
  • Able to acquire new information quickly and the willingness to do so at all times
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment
  • Good understanding of the IT environment and readiness to learn new processes and technologies
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Internet browsers, antivirus, and firewall software
  • ITIL knowledge is an asset
Language Requirements

You must have a strong command of:

  • Portuguese - at least B2 level
  • English - at least B2 level
