Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at XTB International Limited.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills in customer support while working with a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients speaking Italian and English
  • Resolving issues efficiently and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Offer clear explanations regarding customer complaints and queries
  • Work closely with the CRM system to verify and complete client data
  • Apply Anti-Money Laundering (AML) rules effectively
  • Analyze trading accounts and financial transactions
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments
Requirements
  • Higher education or currently studying for IV or V year
  • Native or bilingual level in Italian language required
  • Professional working proficiency level in English required
  • Strong responsibility, multitasking, prioritization, and task closure abilities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office
