About the Role

We are seeking an Administrative Business Partner to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional support to executives and teams. This role involves scheduling calendar events, coordinating travel, and planning programs and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and maintaining calendars, preparing meetings for executives and teams.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and managing logistics.
  • Organizing internal and external programs and events, collaborating with internal partners and external vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with ability to support client relationship management.
