Administrative and Marketing Coordinator

Kedrion Biopharma is a biopharmaceutical company specializing in the development, production, and distribution of plasma-derived products. Kedrion has been producing plasma products for over 40 years and has a market presence in about 100 countries. Our employees are committed to the highest standards and therapies for the patients and clinicians in hematology, immunology, neurology, and transfusion medicine.

We're looking for an Administrative and Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects and events in compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
  • Maintain and organize marketing and compliance documentation, ensuring proper keeping in line with relevant regulations.
  • Ensure all marketing and promotional activities comply with pharmaceutical laws and industry regulations (e.g. INFARMA, local health authority guidelines).
  • Support the creation, review, and approval path of promotional materials, ensuring adherence to local compliance standards.
  • Liaise with RA and Scientific Information Department to verify that all marketing materials align with industry requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and marketing service providers.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and other administrative resources, govern office budget and monitor expenses to stay within budget.
  • Assist with the preparation and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel arrangements, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reconciliation for expenditures.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to monitor changes in regulations and update processes accordingly.
  • Maintain documentation related to approvals, legal disclaimers, and compliance reports, assist in preparing materials for audits and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical compliance regulations and ethical marketing practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
