Job Description
The Group PMO is looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our Project Support Office team. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our international operations, ensuring seamless coordination, supporting key projects, and empowering teams to deliver their best.
- Comprehensive administrative support for Group PMO and individual projects.
- Roadmap and portfolio management.
- Updating and managing templates, processes, methods, standards, SOPs, and e-learnings.
- Administration of central sites, project communities, and resources (e.g., SharePoint).
- Management and verification of project documentation.
- Ensuring adherence to Project Management governance and methodologies.
- Preparation of complex reports and presentations.
- Assistance with strategic assignments for PMO initiatives.
- Conducting onboarding, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
