About this role:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Receptionist/ Office Manager at AP-Tech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception area, handle correspondence, phone calls, and welcome guests
  • Organize internal and external meetings, manage schedules, and prepare conference rooms
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including maintaining documentation, organizing business trips, and ordering office supplies
  • Oversee office management – ensure tidiness, handle supplies, and monitor the condition of office equipment
  • Assist with the organization of corporate events, team-building meetings, and other initiatives
  • Collaborate with external suppliers and partners regarding office and administrative needs
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in computer use and MS Office suite
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills, engagement, and a team-oriented approach
  • Proactive attitude and ability to respond quickly to needs
  • Prior experience as a receptionist, office manager, or in office administration is a plus
