About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience in direct procurement, analytics, and/or project management to lead cross-functional teams and drive results. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing complex projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality products and services that meet the needs of our customers and patients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and supplier performance to inform procurement decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and resolving issues as needed
- Provide regular progress updates to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in direct procurement, analytics, and/or project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think strategically and tactically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
