About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for fintech and a strong interest in sales and business development. As a Fintech Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, supporting lead generation activities, and maintaining CRM records.

You will work closely with senior business development managers to drive sales initiatives and achieve targets. Additionally, you will conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients in the fintech and payments industry;
  • Support lead generation activities through research, outreach, and prospecting via various channels;
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate business development activities;
  • Work closely with senior business development managers to drive sales initiatives and achieve targets;
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas;
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or fintech-related roles is a great plus;
  • Strong interest in fintech, payments, and the PSP industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow;
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze market trends;
  • Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus;
  • Fluency in Russian and English.
