About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting and Insights Professional to join our team at Conectys. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to our teams, focused on business analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical support to our operations teams, focused on business analytics;
  • Analyze data and numbers to prepare daily reports;
  • Report on core business needs;
  • Generate improvement suggestions;
  • Develop a general knowledge of local and global business trends.
Requirements
  • C1 level of English (both written & spoken);
  • 3 years of working experience in BPO;
  • Experience in a similar role or reporting/workforce management;
  • Expert Microsoft Excel knowledge (experience in optimizing Excel reports – time reduction focused);
  • Ability to work in a flexible, fast-changing environment;
  • Excellent communication skills.
