International Client Support Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an International Client Support Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Verifying the identity and age of German-speaking bank clients via video chat.
  2. Identifying and reporting cases of document forgery and fraud.
  3. Maintaining full compliance with applicable legal regulations and company internal rules regarding identity verification.
  4. Managing customer documentation.
  5. Collaborating with the team and regularly reporting to the team manager.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent knowledge of German at a minimum level of B2+/C1.
  • Good knowledge of English at least at a B1 level.
  • Strong communication skills and ease in building relationships.
  • Openness to shift work and working on weekends.
  • Experience in a similar position is an additional advantage.

As a valuable member of our team, you will enjoy:

  • Type of employment: employment contract or contract of mandate.
  • Shift work: from Monday to Sunday (approximately 1.5 weekends per month).
  • Work schedule: full-time, 3/4 time, or part-time.
  • Working hours: between 07:00 and 22:00.
  • On-site work in Gdańsk.
  • Hourly rate: 49 PLN gross.
