Pursuing excellence in test process management is a vital part of our organization's growth strategy. As a Test Process Optimization Lead, you will play a critical role in coaching and mentoring teams to implement Aptiv's standard process. Standardizing key engineering processes for T/V across Aptiv will be your primary focus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach project teams on successful project execution in respective process groups to address process non-compliance.
  • Validate and promote the company standard process (ASPICE based) in Software and Systems Test and Verification area of business execution.
  • Collaborate with competency process and methods groups to ensure competency-specific best practices align with defined frameworks.
  • Facilitate the development of standardized methods for process execution in Test and Verification reflecting current market trends and technology.
  • Make significant contributions to process improvements and standardization.
  • Analyze outcomes from Customer audits, Field issues, Customer Quality Gates, and 3L5W analysis to enhance the company standard process in the area of Test and Verification.

Your Qualifications:

  • MSc degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields.
  • At least 7 years of technical experience in a specific engineering function like system and software verification.
  • Profound knowledge of systems and devices testing tools and methods in systems and software development.
  • Experience in Electronic Product Design (Automotive being a plus).
  • Able to critically evaluate engineering or supplier's technical analysis and propose effective solutions or improvement plans.
  • Thorough understanding of Quality Systems and industry requirements (ASPICE, IATF 16949, 26262, VDA).
  • Script programming language skills would be advantageous.
