Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our Experis Manpower Group team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality ITSM solutions to our clients.

About the Role:

  • This is a long-term B2B contract via Experis, offering a stable and secure career path with opportunities for growth and professional development.
  • You will work from home with possible 2-3 days in Gdynia's office per quarter, enjoying remote work flexibility while having access to our office facilities.
  • As a senior developer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering creative ServiceNow solutions, accurately predicting project timelines, and collaborating with our technical support team to resolve issues related to ITSM modules and functionality.
  • Your expertise in ServiceNow platform development, integrations, and scripting will enable you to contribute significantly to the development and maintenance of projects.
  • You will also work closely with our client-facing team to convey complex technical concepts in business terms, identify business challenges, and suggest solutions addressing those.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions that meet our clients' needs.
  • Predict project timelines accurately, adhering to development plans and anticipating changes as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve ITSM-related issues.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of projects, working closely with the client-facing team.
  • Research new technologies and apply them as part of our continuous improvement mission.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of ServiceNow implementations on Enterprise level.
  • Experience with Workspaces/UI Builder is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow APIs, flows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Security Rules.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall Methodology.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
