Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize inventory management and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement replenishment strategies that align with inventory policies and targets.
  • Analyze MRP output and inventory projections to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage material exceptions and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Share material forecasts with procurement and external suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Review supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the phase-in and phase-out of materials and bill-of-materials (BOMs).
  • Identify and report master data exceptions to the Master Data Management Team.

Qualifications We Seek in You:

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, applied math, or other relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of advanced planning systems and their functionality.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, Oracle, or JDE, is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in supply planning, including MRP planning and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
