The Role of a Deployment Strategist

A Deployment Strategist at AICONIC plays a crucial role in turning client hunches into reality by utilizing data in operational and real-world action. This involves working with clients to identify their biggest problems, locate relevant datasets, and develop comprehensive understanding of their business, products, services, operating model, and external environment.

  • Meet with Customer Analysts: Onsite meetings with customer analysts to understand critical questions they need to answer and locate their biggest problems.
  • Identify Relevant Datasets: Engage with customer problems and workflows to identify relevant datasets.
  • Lead AI Solution Implementation: Assume end-to-end responsibility for leading AI solution implementation and advisory projects, coordinating with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Develop Project Proposals: Identify resource needs, including team skills and size during project development time and while preparing project proposals, scoping, and other preparatory stages.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Technical Consultancy Experience: Ca. 2 years of experience in technical or management consultancy within reputable firms, preferably in strategic consulting, digital transformation, or AI/ML.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven track record in managing technical consultancy projects, ensuring delivery with a full understanding of clients' needs and creation of tailored strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Perfect communication skills and ability to convince clients to optimal solutions.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills honed by fostering a culture of professional growth, excellence, and integrity within teams.
  • Creativity and Entrepreneurial Mindset: Curiosity and a strong understanding of clients' business, opportunities, and challenges, acting as a credible advisor; entrepreneurial mindset, adept at identifying new opportunities and articulating AI-based solutions' value for clients.
