About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Support Engineer 2 to join our team in TN Poland. As a Support Engineer 2, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and technical expertise to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels.
  2. Act as a technical liaison between support and development teams, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  3. Collaborate with TAM to drive consumption and adoption improvement plans.
  4. Develop and implement monitoring and diagnostics practices to improve solution stability.
  5. Maintain high customer satisfaction levels and make a positive impact on NPS scores.

Requirements:

  • Strong DBMS skills, including SQL and Oracle.
  • Experience with code debugging and IT/SAAS application support.
  • Proactive approach to support and operations improvement.
  • Solution architecture, deployment, and automation skills.
  • Excellent English language skills for effective client communication.
  • Additional European language skills a plus.
