Job Description

As a quality assurance specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of quality assurance plans;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for quality improvement;
  • Develop and implement effective testing strategies to meet business needs;
  • Manage and track quality metrics to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve overall product quality;
  • Document and communicate testing results to stakeholders;
  • Ensure that all products meet the required standards of quality, security, and functionality;
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to enhance their testing skills;
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance testing capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field;
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality products;
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines;
  • Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools;
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards;
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, like Git;
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
