As a FP&A Systems and Projects Expert, you will work closely with Corporate FP&A, Corporate Accounting, and Global Functions to deliver financial systems support to management and finance teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the HQ FP&A system (MyBudget, TM1 based) for overheads, CAPEX, and headcount, including ownership of all data and processes end to end.
  • Supporting business partners in management reporting and analysis.
  • Supporting project deliverables for FP&A improvement projects, including requirements analysis, testing, and change management.
  • Communicating with Corporate FP&A, Corporate Accounting, and Global Functions teams to ensure the system is performing correctly.
  • Updating GBS transactional documentation for the processes in scope to ensure Core Services are executed in line with Corporate requirements.
  • Managing various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager's request.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a university degree in Accounting or Finance, and at least 3 years of experience in financial / management reporting in a large multi-national organization. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, etc. are a plus. You should have very good TM1 knowledge, system knowledge, and strong MS Excel skills. Good knowledge of project management, finance, and accounting processes is also required. Strong financial analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to adapt during periods of change are essential. Good presentation skills and fluency in English (written and spoken) are also necessary.
