Job Description

As an Employee Experience Manager at Grohe AG, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement and satisfaction through various initiatives and programs. Your primary focus will be on fostering a positive work environment, recognizing and rewarding employee achievements, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Employee Engagement
Fostering a positive work environment through regular feedback sessions, town hall meetings, and other engagement initiatives
  • Recognition and Rewards
Developing and implementing recognition and reward programs to motivate and retain top talent
  • Compliance and Risk Management
Ensuring adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to employment and workforce management
  • Reporting and Analytics
Tracking and analyzing employee metrics and analytics to inform business decisions

Requirements
To excel in this role, you will require a degree in human resources or a related field, accompanied by at least three years of experience in HR. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in MS Office applications, are essential for success in this position.
