Job Purpose

As a Product Manager at Theramex, you will be responsible for managing the entire product life cycle, from strategic planning to tactical execution. Your goal will be to develop and implement sales strategies that increase market share and improve product visibility.

You will work closely with the Regional Head to identify opportunities and develop plans to achieve business objectives. In addition, you will adapt international marketing campaigns to local needs in coordination with the International Marketing team.

The position requires a minimum of 30% field activity, which involves interacting with the Sales Force team, coaching and training them to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies to increase current market share and improve product visibility
  • Adapt international marketing campaigns to local needs
  • Develop new marketing materials
  • Launch or relaunch Theramex products in cooperation with the International Marketing team and the CEE Regional Head
  • Develop market strategy
  • Participate in international PM meetings, WebEx, and teleconferences
  • Coach and train the Sales Force team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Product Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Proven professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Poland
  • Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, etc.)
  • Proficient spoken and written English and Polish
  • Field sales experience
