Strategic Architectural Leader for Collaborative Solutions

Euroclear's Group Technology Services division is the backbone of our global infrastructure, ensuring seamless IT service management across various markets. As a key player in this team, you will be responsible for leading a collaborative effort to set up and manage email, voice, and O365 related systems.

Your primary focus will be on managing a team of IT professionals who will take holistic responsibility for product backlogs, maximizing value and driving innovation. You will also liaise with application vendors to ensure market practices are observed, taking accountability for modular architecture that allows development and absorption of various O365 & voice modules while maintaining a consistent approach.

The role requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, empower, and grow your team to achieve goals efficiently. You will nurture talent, delegate wisely, and drive performance with constructive feedback. Your vision should extend beyond immediate objectives, anticipating the latest technologies and building relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.

To succeed in this position, you will need broad knowledge of our IT infrastructure and Euroclear business, as well as a wide breadth of architecture experience involving data centers and networks at the high end of size/complexity scale. Good insights into O365 products and MS roadmap are essential, along with a high interest in innovation and its implementation within our ecosystem.

  • Autonomy and Leadership: working autonomously, delivering sub-parts of the business, tackling architectural analysis, and providing recommendations adapted to the company context

You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to deliver actionable information combined with visionary long-term thinking. You will maintain positive professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, possessing strong organizational awareness and sensitivity.
