Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Senior Project Engineer for Heavy Lift Operations to join our team at UTC Overseas, Inc. As a member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for developing technical solutions for complex and demanding abnormal transport projects.

About the Role

  • You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop best-in-class engineering solutions for heavy lifting and abnormal transport projects.
  • Your expertise in project coordination and management will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • You will study and analyze all technical documentation provided by stakeholders and develop required technical documentation, including CAD drawings, calculations, manuals, risk assessments, equipment lists, and other key documents.
  • As a technical point of contact for assigned projects, you will attend technical meetings, site inspections, and on-site work as needed.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in a technical discipline is required.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience is necessary.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
  • You must be able to prepare both static and strength calculations according to best engineering practice and European standards.
  • Native or fluent Polish language skills are required, along with very good English written and spoken skills.
  • Being well-organized, self-reliant, and goal-oriented is essential for this role.
  • Innovative creativity and daily attention to details are also required.
  • A driver's license category B is necessary.
  • You must be willing to work both at the desk (80-90%) and on-site (10-20%).
