Job Title: Satellite TADSS IOM Field Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Satellite TADSS IOM Field Technician to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our team, you will provide technical expertise and mentorship skills to ensure the successful operation of our training devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training device technical expertise and mentorship skills to ensure the successful operation of our training devices.
  • Receive V2X refresher training and participate in the New Equipment Training (NET) for each type of M1A2 training device being fielded to the Polish Land Forces.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and fault isolation of training device equipment.
  • Configure and integrate hardware and software suites, install software patches, and update firmware.
  • Install network cabling, manage cable systems, and perform operational verification of training device equipment.
  • Conduct periodic Instructor/Operator (I/O) and maintenance refresher training for members of the Polish Land Forces, as required.
  • Provide initial and on-the-job (OJT) training for Polish national TADSS Maintainers at their location.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in instruction, education, or training/certification related to multinational military training and/or training devices system instruction, maintenance, or logistics support.
  • NATO SECRET Security Clearance required.
