About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager Assistant to join our dynamic team at TN Poland. In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for overseeing project reports, analyzing progress, and ensuring projects meet industry standards.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Project Manager to manage tasks, monitor work progress, and maintain high-quality standards within business ethics, health, safety, and the environment.

This is an excellent chance to develop your skills and experience in project management, particularly in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Oversight: Oversee the generation and delivery of reports and other project documentation.
  2. Progress Analysis: Report on work progress in the office or on site, analyze deviations and differences.
  3. Work Progress Monitoring: Monitor work progress, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are on budget and on schedule with relevant industry standards.
  4. Quality Assurance: Protect SPIE Wind high standards within business ethics, health, safety, and the environment.
  5. Tasks Management: Managing process and individual projects tasks in cooperation with the Project Manager.
  6. Site Visits: Construction site visits at quarterly intervals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Communication Skills: Very good communication and time management skills.
  2. Teamwork: Ability to work with and influence team members to achieve mutual goals.
  3. Cultural Competence: Ability to work with and communicate with diverse work teams.
  4. Project Management Experience: Basic experience/knowledge in the field of investment project management (internship, assistant role) - nice to have.
  5. Knowledge and Solutions: Project Management methodology and solutions knowledge - nice to have.
  6. Languages: Very good in English and Polish (must have).
  7. Driving License: Valid driving license (must have) and willingness to work in field.
  8. Initiative and Responsibility: Ability to take initiative, responsibility and the right balance between creativity and quality in all solutions.
  9. Renewable Energy Passion: Passionate about renewable energy and delivering value to customers.
