This role is part of the D&T department and is located at Heineken Global Shared Service in Cracow. The team is proud to bring cutting-edge innovation, strong technology, and advanced analytics to HEINEKEN globally. With speed and agility, we ensure HEINEKEN has the technological competitive advantages it needs to deliver on its ambition.

A Flying Squad Data Migration helps major Heineken's global Programs and Projects by executing an end-to-end data validation and migration service. Its delivery responsibility includes working together with assigned programs or projects until activities are completed.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting data mapping and integration execution, as well as end-to-end reconciliation
  • Analyzing source system data models, identifying matches towards target system data models, and preparing mapping files for each migrated entity
  • Identifying any mapping gaps and addressing them with appropriate project teams, ensuring they are resolved
  • Designing reconciliation reports, including checks, validations, and documentation
  • Serving as a point of contact for assigned OpCos on Data Migration matters and collaborating with various Heineken teams and external vendors
  • Developing, improving, and running extraction, conversion, and load solutions
  • Managing data migration per phase of the project, including unit testing, UAT, deployment, etc.
  • Aligning with Data Modelling and Data Governance teams on data migration

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in English
  • At least one recent full cycle, hands-on data migration project experience with S/4Hana or ECC as a target system (1+ years)
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Agile principles knowledge and comfort in a self-steering team environment
  • Experience with complex programs and projects
  • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment with rapid release cycles
  • Excellent active listening and communication skills, enabling effective message delivery to diverse audiences
  • Understanding of main objects, such as Customer, Vendor, Items, transactional data, and their dependencies
  • Efficient browsing of SAP S/4 or ECC data structures to understand and possibly debug issues
  • General understanding of Finance, Sales, and Procurement modules
  • Flexibility, proactivity, and ability to work as an energetic team player
Requirements:
  • Data migration experience to S/4Hana or SAP ECC
  • SAP Data Services expertise (former Business Object Data Services-BODS)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL (code)
  • SAP LSMW (with Abap code knowledge or understanding)
  • SAP Bapi/Idocs for data loading into S4
