We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Corporate Accounting Leadership team as a General Ledger Team Leader. If you have a passion for finance and a knack for leadership, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The General Ledger accounting teams play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for managing up to 10 direct reports and providing guidance on financial matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Management:
  • Lead a team of accountants in one of our GBS teams
  • Mentor and develop your team members to achieve their full potential

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  2. 5+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance, including 2-3 years of people management experience
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills
  4. Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions
