We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team, who is fluent in French and possesses excellent communication skills. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through various channels.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Supporting customers via phone, email, or other digital platforms
  • Analysing and resolving customer inquiries
  • Sharing information on administrative and technical requests
  • Making changes to the system
  • Forwarding faults or calls to other departments
  • Upselling and promoting products

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a C1 level of French fluency or higher, as well as a customer-oriented attitude and excellent organisational skills. You should also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and be willing to work flexible hours, including shifts on weekends.
